Negroni

A Stanley Tucci classic.

Ingredients

• Ice
• 50ml Gin (or vodka)
• 25ml sweet vermouth
• 25ml Campari
• Orange to garnish

Method

• Add all the ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Add in the booze.
• Shake up good and proper.
• Serve straight up in a couple (You can also have it over the rocks).
• Garnish with a slice of orange.
