Spanish chicken rub
Ingredients
- Bone-in, skin on, chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1.5 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Lemon
Method
- Mix the oil and spices together
- Squeeze in the lemon juice
- Mix the chicken in, and make sure it is all thoroughly coated
- Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours
Goes well with salad, rice, mash potatoes, a vegetable and Chorizo tray bake.
