Jerk beef
Ingredients
- Beef (diced)
- 1 large onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- Thyme
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of “All purpose seasoning”
- 1 tsp of “All spice”
- Worcester sauce
- 400ml of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Jerk paste
Method
- Fry the beer and onion in some oil until it’s browning.
- Add everything else.
- Put lid on and cook for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with Rice or Mash.
