Festive Cosmopolitan

This is another Stanley Tucci classic.

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds
• 50ml of vodka
• 25ml Cointreau
• 25ml cranberry juice
• 25ml pomegranate juice
• Ice
• Raspberry to garnish

Method

• Put the pomegranate seeds into a shaker and muddle.
• Add the ice.
• Add all the booze and juices.
• Shake it all.
• Strain into a coupe or Martini glass.
• Garnish.
