Chicken stroganoff
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (diced)
- Mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic gloves
- 400ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (Or Henderson’s Relish)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 200ml crème fraiche
- Fresh parsley
- Served with penne pasta or rice.
Method
- Boil some water, and cook the pasta or rice.
- Fry off the onions, garlic, and mushrooms in oil until soft.
- Put the chicken in with the onions, cook until the chicken is white all over.
- Add the paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken stock.
- Cook off for about 8-10 minutes.
- Once the rice/pasta is almost done, add the crème fraiche to the chicken mix.
- Add in some fresh chopped parsley.
- If serving with pasta, then mix the pasta to the chicken mix, so it’s completely covered.
