Cauliflower cheese
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
 - 400ml milk
 - 4 tbsp flour
 - 50g butter
 - 100g grated cheese
 
Method
- Cook the cauliflower for 5 minutes then put inside an oven proof dish.
 - Melt the butter and add the flour until it is a paste.
 - Slowly add the milk whilst constantly stirring.
 - Once the milk has all gone, add in the grated cheese and stir until you’re happy with the consistency.
 - Pour the sauce over the cauliflower.
 - Cook for 20 minutes in a 200 degree oven.
