Burgers
Ingredients
Enough to make 4 burgers:
- 500g minced beef
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 20g breadcrumbs
- Mixed herbs (to taste)
- 4 tbsp water
Method
- In a bowl, combine the minced beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, and water.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Serve the burgers in buns with your choice of toppings such as lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments.
