Apple Crumble
Ingredients
Mixture
- 6 Bramley apples
 - 2 Gala apples
 - 2 Granny smith apples
 - 1 pack of Blackberries
 - 1x Lemon zest
 - 1x Lemon juice
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - Pinch of cinnamon
 - Vanilla extract
 - 120g sugar (demerara/brown/mixture)
 
Crumble
- 150g flour
 - 150g rolled oats
 - 75g flaked almonds
 - 120g sugar (demerara/brown/mixture)
 - Pinch of salt
 - Pinch of cinnamon
 - Splash of vanilla extract
 - 120g unsalted butter
 
Method
- Peel and cut up the apples.
 - Heat up the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla in a pan.
 - Add in the apples and honey.
 - Sprinkle sugar to cover the.
 - Zest the lemon and add the lemon juice.
 - Mix the flour, sugar and butter to make the crumble, then mix rolled oats and crunch flaked almonds.
 - Sprinkle demerara sugar on top
 - Cook at 180C for 25-30 mins
